So, Frank
I've talked and a few others, I've thought about it overnight, but I don't think you are ready for the position right now. Yes, I do see you as potential staff and I know that you have been putting efforts to improve, but you still have much room to improve.
I agree that:
- You have made changes from the last application.
- You are chill and you would be a potential staff member.
- Your bans shouldn't be the reason to inhibit you from getting this position.
Here are my concerns that led me to think that you are not quite yet ready for this position:
- Interactions with all of the community: You said, "he doesn't like me so i dont like him", but that is not the way a staff member should handle a relationship in a community that is very close as this. People are going to dislike you as staff no matter what. They'll say that Courtneyyy is protecting you and all of those nasty things. It's just part of life and you need to stop being hostile to people, especially in global chat. You need to respect the fact that not everyone playing here is 18 years old. You have to approach each person differently and know that some people are not comfortable with your joking around and you have to accept that.
- Your favorite picking: I'm not saying that you will be a bad staff member, but I would absolutely hate to see someone in their staff position to be biased and unfair in cases. As staff of meepcraft, I would expect you to be fair in all cases. I don't know if you can do that, because you repetitively keep harassing those that don't like you and when you think something is funny when it's really not.
- Your application: To be fair, it was just too weak. And I know that it is not your greatest skill to write up formal job applications, but I know that you could've put more details. As you know, meepcraft currently has a large staff team and I don't think that they need more people to just do modreqs. Personally, I am looking for people that can change the environment of the server. I am looking for people that can move projects forward and bring the community together. And I know that you can do that, or at least attempt to, but it is not shown on your application.
- Your attitude that, you will have a drastic change when you get staff to prove yourself: That's not how it should work. A title shouldn't change anything. You just get green chat. I know that you have been trying to change yourself in a positive way from the last application, and you have shown some changes, but not drastic enough that you started fighting with people again for no reason but because "he hates me". I would like to hear that Frank is now respecting people all around, and not Frank was banned the seventy-first time because he blew up a town and then unbanned three days later. As I said last night, if your application gets denied, I wouldn't act up and actually work to change how you look on the server.
- Your maturity and your temper: I see that you have been working to improve this, and that is great, but I am not sure if it's at the level of a staff worthy person.
Always remember that you don't have to be a staff member to prove a change. Remember that you don't have to be a staff member to help others, and to make the server a better place. Don't be discouraged! I know you can do it. And I'm really glad to see the changes you've made and I'm looking forward to more!
I just don't think that you are ready right now and you could use some more improvement :)
