/pweather

This constant rain is infuriating. Could we please have /pweather. It would work like /ptime except the options would be the following

/pweather clear - Clear all weather
/pweather rain - makes it rain
/pweather snow - makes it snow... duh

Im more annoyed by the constant rain when I get on than anything else
And its legit every time I get on. ;-;

After testing, we have found this to work, and have implemented it as a Vip+ perm! Completed!
