Okay so I admit I sure do use ptime a lot but i live in a very rainy town and i know others do too, so I thought why not have /pweather this is a personal weather set you could set it to lightning, storm, rain, snow etc, this command would either be exclusive or elite personally i think it would work best with exclusive to go with /pweather!
