Ever wanted that feeling of owning a town, but you just couldn't get to that magic number of 150k?
Well, don't wait! This town, renovated and transformed, has been reduced and is ready for you to begin your own towny adventures! To access town info, use the command /t ForSale. The town comes with 50k in the bank, which you would've already received even if you started the town for 150k. It is owned by my alternate account, TestSubject198, since I'm already in Braveheart and didn't really want to but all questions regarding the deal must be sent to me.
There is also a big, flat area surrounding the spawn area. It's great for building something residential or just making a massive mall! It's completely up to you.
ForSale is up for grabs for a debatable price - obviously, it's lower than 150k! Send me a forums message if you want to have a discussion regarding this!
