ENIbeast This happens to me A LOT. People start spamming me and they don't stop. I think this would be great.+1
SuperDyl I bring this up because someone will have to: could that make the community be more split as people stop hearing others?
Zoe89 if you don't like looking at someone why not just /gtoggle tbh. it's less permanent.if this is implemented there should be a limit (15?) and easy menu that you can toggle players on and off in so that a divide doesn't arise+\-

alex77034 +1It wouldn't make the community more divided, unless everyone mutes each other. If this were to happen, we would need an easy to use interface that would allow the player to currently see who they have muted and have a limit that's to a specific number of people.
Courtneyyy I don't like this idea at all whatsoever and it has been suggested time and time again and has always been denied.

Deinen And why is that. What makes it such a terrible implementation~ @oKCSRedundancy - Your brain has an automatic ignore function, to utilize it, you simply don't read the things a particular person types.

What makes it such a terrible implementation~ @oKCSRedundancy - Your brain has an automatic ignore function, to utilize it, you simply don't read the things a particular person types.~ @DeinenCould we possible agree on a /mute that works only for /msg? /msg can fill up the entire screen making it impossible to see. /g is not capable of a constant CTRL+V spam. This can happen in /msg. I would argue it is redundancy for /g but not for /m. This would prevent players from being blocked entirely, but it would rid of the current /m problems. Think about it. have the staff not found it hard to catch a a player in a /modreq for /m spam? Certainly you can do it, but finding the messages is harder. making a /mute that only works for /m would solve these issues that come from spammers. Either this or make /m less vulnerable to CTRL+V spam. I know this happens bc it has happened to me.
Muunkee . have the staff not found it hard to catch a a player in a /modreq for /m spam? Certainly you can do it, but finding the messages is harder.~ @Legocreator2013I agree with your point I just want to say that if you have a username it takes literally less than 30 seconds to find the spam so long as it was within the past several hours
smk /ignore would help avoid some issues between players... +1(I thought this was accepted a long time ago anyhow, wasn't it?)Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Magikarp +1 sounds like a great idea. Helpful in alot of cases, but must have limits as in can only be done for 5 min?
Muunkee When a mute limit of 10 can mute well over half the active server at times, this isnt needed.I like the muting for /msg only idea +1 to thatFor the suggestion itself-1

Like say I have a problem with another player and he is constantly bugging me in global. Then a /ignore would come in handy. Would it not?
