Minors can only sue through their legal guardian, so the children in that case just asked their parents to file suit on their behalf, but of course the media would want them to look like the ones who did everything.
Unless nuker's legal guardians agree to file suit, he can't do jack.
No parents in their right mind would stand up for their kid in a million dollar lawsuit over a video game. Even if they did, they have 0 grounds for suit.
