Heyo! So we've decided to deny this suggestion. Although the concept of it is good, especially for solution where we'd remove it for donor ranks, there's no need for it as the tax somewhat serves for a way to charge people who spam. Plus, its at a low amount and most people who speak in global also have enough money. Thanks for the suggestion!
