Removal of the 2 hour /job leave timer

For some reason there is a 2 hour timer after your first job leave, I think that should be removed.

(I hate being in farmer job when collecting carrots/wheat/potato because of the auto replant, so I leave farmer job when I collect and rejoin when I'm done)

1) Auto replant is part of the McMMO plugin, not jobs.

2) I think the jobs leave penalty is there to prevent people from avoiding job penalties (digging dirt will take your money with digger for instance)

I think it was more specifically to prevent people from losing jobs levels

You can simply join all of the jobs at once. Denied!
