White Collar is a favorite of mine, absolutely love it. The first season isn't very good, but it gets significantly better later on.
Sherlock (BBC), I know it's well-known and loved, but thought I'd mention it.
If you're looking for a throw-back, high school type of TV show, there's Freaks and Geeks, which is quite nice, set in 1980 (filmed 1999), but it was cut so it only has one season.
I guess a lot of the netflix originals, haven't yet got a chance to watch some of the really good ones myself, such as House of Cards, but I plan on it soon. Of the ones I have, I enjoy Black Mirror, though it's often quite dark, and The Crown might be worth a try, but it really depends on your tastes. A lot of people don't like documentaries, or even documentary-like TV shows it seems. Stranger Things is also really good, but I'd be surprised if you don't already have an opinion on it, it's so popular.
I did this quite haphazardly, hope it helps anyway.
