Bug: /chest Delay

Summary of Bug: I apologize ahead of time if this "bug" is already on Trello, or is there for a specific reason. Essentially, when you switch between /chests, there is a ten second delay you must wait (can be a huge hassle when transferring items).
Example:
I /chest 1. Immediately after, I want to transfer something to my second /chest. I do so by typing /chest 2, but I must wait 10 seconds.

Additional information: A grenade blow is more fatal underwater than on land.
