So the title means that instead having shop items on the menu, how about actually make a menu of a list of local shops, nation shops and the all towns shops so you can check out actual shops and see their prices in a store. I've had this kind of idea since I first started playing, but didn't really see why this wasn't a thing when I first arrived. And this can be where people can use to advertise (Paid Advertising to be at the front of the list), to attract customers and hopefully stop or reduce the amount of people spamming in chat to join or visit their places. Also this can be both a free advertising (Your store is in the list), then if you want to be at the front of the list in the shops for example you can pay an advertising cost so you'd be one of the first they see when they look it up. So I hope this becomes a thing.
