I cant log into meepcraft , I keep crashing, and the same goes for single player. Any ideas?

Make sure your using the current version of minecraft. Also have you messed around with JVM configuration trying to allocate more ram? If you format it wrong minecraft will keep crashing. If all is unsuccessful I recommend reinstalling minecraft, make sure to make a copy of your world from .minecraft folder.

If you don't know what it is you don't need to worry. It's basicly short term memory for a computer. The more of it theoretically the faster something runs because it doesn't have to spend as long searching the whole computer if it is cached on the ram. But thats theoretical.

If you are on a mac google: How to uninstall minecraft on a mac.
If you are on windows google: How to uninstall minecraft on windows.

If you're on Windows, go to your %appdata% (To get here just press WindowsKey+R, it will open up a program called 'Run' that's where you put %appdata%). After that delete your .minecraft folder. After that delete the Minecraft program from Downloads.

After that re download Minecraft from the Mojang website.

If you're on Mac, I don't really know. Because, Windows Master Race.

If you're on Mac, do what I did. Erase the drive, download Windows, and play there. Because Microsoft is killing off macs in the near future. Have you not noticed "W10 edition" minecraft?

Note I went a bit further and made a pc so yea

Do you use mods? If the mods you're using are not for the game version you are playing, they will crash your game.
