We need screenshots to refund ranks, and we unfortunately can't make any exceptions. This is to prevent people from claiming things they didn't have. (Not that I'm saying you are doing that)
What you can do is
1) find a staff member that remembers you with your rank
2) talk to your girlfriend and see if she has any screenshots
3) look your name up on a search site and see if there are images
4) go through old posts on this site and see if you are in it
