Hey Falling! I know it's a bit rich of me to be commenting on Helper Apps after just recently coming back online, but I'll gonna have to start with a -1.

How old are you? 13

I agree with Natsu on this. I can't really say much since I don't really talk to you, but judging by your chat in global, which is quite rare, you don't seem to be making the best comments.

But for me, I can come online during the school day when there isn't alot, or any staff online.

This is all well and good, but there will be staff members online during the day, specifically @NinjaRoxy, who is taking time off work at the moment to be online. I'm mostly online from 4 until 6pm AEST, which is 3 until 5 am [around this] for the United States. Most of the time, the server is completely empty, and only one or two staff could be on, which are usually @Midnight_Galaxy and/or @DarkKnight49x.

I have had 2 very successful servers that I have sold for money. I have also been staff on a very large factions server and another startup towny server

This seems like it would take years. Judging that you're 13, you're saying that you were a trusted staff on a very large server when you were 11/12? Seems a teensy bit sketchy.

When people say "I'm Bored" Ill msg them or say in global and idea for something they should do.

Everyone, including non-staff, should do this.

In FPS we are given a scenario and then we need to come up with 8 solutions that will be the best outcome for everyone. This forces us to think.

I've done this myself and can say that this doesn't really relate to Meep that much. I mean, it's FUTURE Problem Solving. It's not really the type of thing that really should be looked down on as a positive for applying as a Minecraft Server Staff. It's a positive for schooling and education, I do encourage that you keep doing it. :)

I believe that everyone in the world should accept people for who they are, regardless of how much money they have, what religion they are, have colored skin or not, and what they wear, Everyone should be accepted.

Not doing this on Meep is a bannable offence.

Every 20 seconds I get a sheet of paper and type all the numbers in very fast in order to not get behind.

Very interested to see what sport this is. Also, this description is very vague about what you do, and barely relates to Meepcraft. You wouldn't really work under high pressure on Meep, would you? It's a Minecraft Server. Supposed to relax and chill.

I always want proof and sometimes too much. I'm working very hard to improve on this.

On the flip side, I don't think this is a weakness. I like that you're finding the facts and getting to the point. Without an example, it would be hard to determine the exact severity of this, but if it's what I think it is, just tone it down a tiny bit. It's cool.

It's like your mind goes blank and you can't remember anything. This can happen when I'm trying to spell things and I usually can't remember what way is right and what way is left.

+1 I've done a business deal with you in the past so I trust you. Also you're a friendly player that I think is active enough. I also understand being seemingly inactive on discord. Nobody is ever in the channels for me either so I just watch the chats.

OK so first off this really nicks me off when people do this, it's not grammatically correct, capitals come before a sentence, on names, certain places, countries, and the word I. This to me expresses loads of immaturity.

Secondly, I just don't think you're ready to take this on. You get upset when people say something bad about you really easily and it's a lot of stress as a staff member, because there will always be people who don't like you, as some people don't like me. Not saying it's a burden, but the stress comes with the job. Moving forwards, I don't know how you would do your modreqs, the listed quote above tells me that you need to take your caps lock off, be professional, kind, and offer positivity towards the community as you do your modreqs. I just don't think you'd be able to do this, show me that you can help and not use caps all the time. You have some things to work on, as everyone does. The following you need to work on before I can bring myself to +1 you.

-Maturity (not using caps lock, being funny and kind, but still maintaining a professional look when needed)
-Work Ethic, show you can help and be clean and efficient.
-Application, to me there just wasn't enough detail as to why you'd be an asset, or as to your weaknesses, you can go more in depth with yours and if you need help with that just message me! I'd be delighted to give you tips!

For now I am a -1, but never ever give up! Ask me any questions you need me to answer to help improve before your next app if you are denied.

After reading the application, I don't think you're ready to become a staff member just yet. I remember you on the forums previously, but you weren't that active.

If you see no one join the Discord channel you're in, join another with people in it. Easy solution.

FPS stands for Frames Per Second

FPS both stands for "First Person Shooter" and "Frames Per Second". Either one works.

Player Engagement:
I love hosting community events and having fun doing it. When people say "I'm Bored" Ill msg them or say in global and idea for something they should do. If there is a lot of people that are bored then ill host a building competition or something like that to help people have the urge to stay active and have fun on meep.

I create games with Roblox, Unity 3D, Gamesalad, and other programs like that. Also, My schooling situation is a lot different than most kids you will see more below.

A helper's main job is to monitor the server. Honestly, you're going the right path, but you don't have the correct "idea" in becoming a staff member. If you want to apply for Tech/Architect (judging from the classes you take + your experiences with games), you can go for that too. But, for right now, Helper doesn't seem like the best idea.

Along with the details in Why you want to become a staff member, more than half of what you described isn't really based around the idea of a Helper. Like I said before, you seem to be going for the position of Architect or Tech. I don't see you going for Helper that often.

+1000000. This is exactly the same for me and it when it's done ingame, I feel like they're literally yelling or shouting the phrase at me. Really annoying and difficult at times.

Do you join the channels? People could come and join you. One of my default settings is to automatically join a Discord Channel whenever I log on. Great way of getting a conversation going, and works nearly every time. That is, if you're not on in the middle of the night. ;)

Hello FallingGalaxy. I see that your application is lengthier than most other applications, so I was more motivated to do this than usual.

Note: Since I don't play in game anymore, I would like to say that this vote is not based on anything related to in game.

Introduction:
Alrighty, this introduction section could've been fluffed up more. Can you explain what kind of games you made? I do like this bit, and you said you had a different schooling. I do like all of it until the very end. I don't like to see Meepcraft in any of the introductions because we know you played Meepcraft and you like it otherwise you wouldn't have applied. (Or you would be the type of guy who applies, then disappears because you didn't become staff.)

Why:
Activity. I was the type of kid who didn't play games during school, but was also the type of kid who played games right when I got home. I think it's a bit late for me, but when you say during the school time, I hope you don't mean you play it at school. I am trying to think this through but 3:30AM and I should actually be asleep. Even in study hall, my teachers would take people's school laptops and keep them until the very end of the day if they were playing games.

I like that player engagement section. I think it shows that you can be very friendly and very cooperative.

Problem Solving:
I'm in many advanced classes that I take that are not online, for example, FPS (Not a first person shooter) FPS stands for Future Problem Solving. In FPS we are given a scenario and then we need to come up with 8 solutions that will be the best outcome for everyone. This forces us to think. If I resolve the problem like this... Will this effect Another Person... I have used this method of solving problems many times on meep and I think It can help me be a great helper also.

I wish my school had this. It looks like a useful skill to have besides my three study halls a day. Also another very good section and I'm very glad that you put this in the why section. I don't see many applicants who actually apply with their school groups / skills from group, so that made me smile a bit actually.

Weaknesses:
Your first weaknesses could also be as strength. The dedication of finding proof, even if there is none, sounds like a strength to me. Never giving up until you know for sure that the person is clear. But I can also see this as a weakness in another way. Like if you had a bad experience with a player, you would probably try try try to find a way to get them banned.

What to do to improve / tips:
Activity on the forums / discord could be a lot more. I am in front of a computer 80% of my days. I actually have my 2nd monitor dedicated to discord chat and I do look a lot in discord. (In 12 active servers rn) I also go to school in the IT field and have discord up while taking notes. (It's a bad habit, I know) A good way to stay connected is to download discord mobile on your smartphone. If you don't have a smartphone, because my 13 year old brother doesn't have a phone yet, I can understand the complications then.

But, people saying this "is a requirement" I don't usually see some staff members online AT ALL.

Forums could be just by posting more on your opinions on suggestions, greeting new members in the introductions field, talk on someone else's profile page. I don't say this often, but based on this app, I would like to see more of you on the forums. Don't be shy, and get to know the community more.

Final Thoughts:
Despite other people voting -1, I want to think the opposite. I'm leaning towards a 0.5+. I know my vote means absolutely nothing in terms of how staff pick applicants, but I think this application was better than most and he's only 13. Compared to the other applicants, he used more 'unique' ways to be more valuable to the staff than the others. There is somethings I don't like like activity on forums / discord.

I am a solid +0.5, despite common votes being negative, if you can work on more activity on discord OR forums. I personally would do both. (Not often do I see some staff post anything here anymore anyways like only one person is handling ban appeals lately)

Seriously, good job on the app.

G'day mate the outcome of this application has been denied, do not let this hinder you from making another in the future if you feel ready. At the moment you must improve on your server knowledge and think about something beneficial you can add to the team that others either don't or you may do better. You are a great young lad and hope you continue to enjoy Meep.
