Being picky, but this isn't really that much. I've seen apps with a dozen, possible more references.
Introduction: Hello, My name is Blue_Marlin but I go by "Blue". I grew up in Florida near the lakes and oceans so I'm always swimming, fishing, boating and enjoying the sun! My name came from the salt water fish "Blue Marlin". It has been a dream of mine to witness someone catch that fish, or for me to catch it myself. My favorite color is blue and my favorite food is steak. Filet mignon to be exact. I am currently a senior in high school and will be graduating this May. I will be furthering my education this year and hopefully have a career in real-estate. Maybe one day you'll see me on HGTV, who knows!

This can be more of a weakness than it is a positive. Considering others' posts about your immaturity and toxicity, I'm going to say that this is more of a weakness that it is a positive.
2.) I still am learning. There are many things I still don't know about the server. I ask many people about commands and what not.

This is something you pretty much need to know as a Staff Member, as you'll be getting more commands and guidelines dumped on you if you get accepted.
3.) Taking things too far. Sometimes I can be political on forums and may say things that will "hurt other peoples feelings". I plan on trying to cool that down and word my opinions in a better manner so I will not offend anyone.

4.) Writing applications, I'm terrible at this and this is not my strong suite. Although I could have had someone help me write my application I didn't want anyone to help me because I wanted it to be "me" and only me, so you know who I am.

This is literally a last-ditch plead to let the staff accept you. Oh, just because I can't write apps means I should be Staff because if I could you would accept me.
To finish, here are some of the comments that I thoroughly agree with.
~ I don't think there is anything special that you would bring to the staff team, plus there are already lots more staff members in your time zone that take care of modreqs.

To start off with, please do not reply to everyone who comments, I can see this is starting to go down that path and wanted to stop it early on. To me, this shows signs of desperation, if you want to thank people for their comments, message them privately on forums/in game.

I don't see you fit for staff at all. You're arrogant, rude, and an absolute pain. Whenever it comes to arguments, you always have something to point out, such as why people hate you or they won't understand.

To be honest, I didn't really think you were that bad when I clicked on the forum post. Now, reading the comments and the app itself, my views have thoroughly changed. Big -1 from me.
