Bug: Extra Permissions in Infected

Summary of Bug: Players have extra permissions in infected to certain commands that may give them an advantage (/dis and /undis), or just should not belong to the game (/ci, /ewb, /hat, /rename, etc.). I am not sure of other commands that require Ultimate (possibly /fly), as I have not achieved such a rank.

Additional information: Yes, I know that Infected is still in its beta stage and is under development. I just wanted to point these things out in case they ever went unnoticed.
