Transfer Donation Account

So, awhile back my Minecraft account got hacked and I havent played the game since and would like to know if I can transfer the donation rank I had on that account over to this one. In case I can the old account is kingbabyguy and the new one is Princess_Soda. If this is at all possible please change it.
