So, just to name off the basic flaws of this application:
-Very short app
-No references (I'd suggest to ask for some)
-Never really heard of you before
-Weakness isn't really a weakness; a general fear
Continuing on, your "Why" section is just... why?
You didn't go into full detail on how you can be a good staff member. Saying "I like helping people" isn't a good reason. I've seen stuff like this all the time outside of Meepcraft, and those who choose that overused phrase as their reason never works out for them.
You need to put more into your weakness section, too. Yes, first time staff members anywhere will get that fear where they don't know what to do in certain situations. Just try to help at the best of your abilities. If not, ask for help from another staff member. None of us are perfect. But try to add something like... you have a short temper, you are inactive, etc. (Of course, none of them apply to you, they're examples)
And please, PLEASE, for the love of God, don't include abbreviations in your application. Makes you look unproffesional at times.
What I'd suggest to do is try to make yourself known on the server, forums, and Discord. Answer any simple questions peeps ask in global or local chat. But don't try to mini-mod. Doesn't really "help".
