To answer your question:
They don't reward for voting anymore.
Because
1) The voting system is glitched and broken.
2) Staff just decided not to the voting thing for a whole year now.
3) Staff don't have the time to update their voting page.
4) We are a non-EULA compliant server (which I don't know how it has to do anything with voting)
