Okay, first you need to remove your viruses before you do anything else. Viruses can steal confidential information, break/interfere with your computer operations, and infect other devices in your network. I suggest that you tell your parents first about this as it is a serious problem that can affect your whole network system.
There are plenty of online sites online that can help you remove viruses. If you have your own security protector, use that to scan all of your computer and remove all threats. If you don't, one free and trustable service is Malwarebytes. It is one of the most well-known tools for virus removal. Download that and remove the viruses. Now I'm not an expert at this so someone else can help you more on that if needed.
Some viruses are advanced and sometimes the antivirus does not work. Other viruses could also still be there and not be noticed at all. If you feel your computer has a problem, take it to your local computer store (Windows or Apple)
Precautions:
- If a page pops up saying you need to call a number for virus removal, do not call the number. It is most likely a phisher trying to extract more personal information out of you.
- If your files are inaccessible, it's called ransomware. Do not pay the ransom, as you are likely to get scammed.
- Change all email passwords and other passwords.
- Change and closely watch your credit card and other banking information if necessary.
Or get a new computer, as your computer is old, but still take the necessary precautions.
