Soccer Tournaments

Soccer is probably my favorite game on Meep. I know a lot of people that love this game. I was thinking that there should be tournaments for soccer. Make a team of 3-4 players and compete against other teams for a prize. This could be like a weekly or monthly thing. I think a lot of players would enjoy this and also a fun way to probably earn Meebles. There should be a really nice looking field for the championship game and have bleachers so everyone can watch it. Also, it would be really could to have a spot to show the winner of the last championship. This would be a great way for players to make friends and work together.

I like a tournament idea. I think an idea, if this occurs, is to give the spectators a small reward or betting system only accessible by coming to the game to bring popularity to the event.

Also, us Americans are weird, it should just be called football. Too bad American football is so popular.

I love this idea but this is something that YOU as a player can make and host and take care of. You don't need staff to approve of this although the winner part would be us but it's easy to follow. You can make a signup sheet on forums and make up the teams and everybody who wants to participate you will make up the times for the games.

True but it could be kinda hard to get people on the right team and having an official start. Maybe adding something like /team (team) would allow players to choose their team and getting the right players on each team. Also, maybe add a countdown to when the game will start because right now the game starts when there is 1 player on each team. This could cause chaos and an unfair advantage to one team. I could defiantly host a tournament but it would take a lot of work.

I think this is a great Idea, I love football as well! If you need some help just hmu. I think the idea of this is great. as said above I think we may need a little staff help for a few reasons. 1 - The game will start when there is only 1 person on each team which will cause problems. 2 - People may accidentally join a different team. 3 - People can join a game midgame which will change the game. Just a suggestion here, I think football should be an arcade game so it gets more publicity because I never knew about /Warp Soccer until someone said in global. I feel more publicity to the game will really help.
