Its a joke, you need a clean room and several thousands of dollars worth of tools and training to properly recover data from a magnetic hard drive with low risk of permanent data loss.

Well, it seems you are missing the Boot thingy.

With out this the computer will not boot.

It means the hard drive your computer is loading from does not contain bootmgr which is required to load into your OS. So when starting up enter BIOS and navigate to your boot options and select the correct partition/drive that contains your Windows 10 OS.
