Can he be baby sat while doing a task for meep in their test world? If the test world is separate from the server you wouldn't even need to someone intently watching. Is it not possible to let him try, he's said he can't get his own test server, and he wouldn't need this test server if he became tech on meep since we have one already.
I have a basic idea for what he should do to build your guys faith in his ability as a potential tech, present him with a problem and let him pick his own solution and make it.
This would let you see if he is trustable, as creative as he seems, and if he is going in the wrong direction, if he will listen and change based on what someone tells him tondo
