Wiggle_Waggle you put it into your world folder and it will come up as a new world in your single player mode thing. idk I'm on mac so thats my guess :3
CluelessKlutz On Windows, you want to download it, and move the file into the saves folder, which can be accessed by going to %appdata% -> .minecraft -> saves. Then you'll extract it out of there from the zip file.
