Quick question, would I have kept my ultimate status??

Warning, I am not a staff, nor have I been staff, so this is just general guessing. but the following remarks may or may not hold some truth.
You should have kept your Ultimate status, but if for some reason you hadn't, if you have Screenshots showing a convo with your status, or maybe the email recipe showing you buying ultimate status, it should be returned to you. Also, if people remember you having Ultimate that would get it back.
Again, this is just an educated guess at how if you don't have ultimate when you get back into the game, on how you might get it returned.
