Wait awhile bro. Even if you're as qualified as your app has stated, you need time to build trust in the community and prove to them that the qualifications in your application are valid. Deinen (and others) have raised valid points about your recent rejoining the server after being an admin on one of our top competing servers, and those concerns will only go away after you've taken the time to reintegrate yourself into the community. Whether you'll need a couple weeks or a couple months is up to your ability to make connections and build trust with others, especially with the staff members that will ultimately decide to accept or deny your application. Furthermore, i'd like to note that the majority of +1s on your app are from people who've seen your previous work as admin on that server, while the people who haven't been on that server seem to barely know you. That should be an indicator to who you have to prove yourself to. By now I would hope that you are aware of the current concerns that the community have regarding your past involvement with Jess's server and are working towards resolving those concerns with the people who matter. That being said, if you're truly here to dedicate yourself to meepcraft in a staff position, you'll have absolutely no problems :). Best of luck noahnda.

regardless of whether this application is approved/denied I am not going anywhere and will
continue to play on meepcraft. The bottom line for me is helping be a positive addition to the server. Getting denied on a staff app is not something that would make me mysteriously leave,

ok I'll use my second post. this, confirms my fair weather fan suspicion. It seems like you only resigned because you knew the server was going downhill, you left no detail as to why you were leaving, which arouses my suspicions. Also, when you dmd me you to talk with me and after i brought up what klitch had said, you said that @Klitch had no idea what he was talking about as well as that his sources were not credible, be that or not I instill a level of trust in all staff members taken, especially klitch considering he's been a very good friend of mine as well as a helpful and needed presence in my staff career.
I dont want to have you accepted just for you to leave and not give a reason as to why, literally 9 months passed and you just said "Peace out girlscout!!"

I resigned when I knew the server was closing, I was there from day one and left the last day. As soon as the announcement that the server was closing was made the daily player count quickly fell to 0, thus my help would not be needed. The reason for me resigning was quite clear to the staff team, the server was being deleted and my help was no longer needed.
Second, I would like to have a chat with you personally to hopefully clear some of the confusion regarding Klitcher up. That was not meant to degrade your trust in him. Rather, considering he does not have access to slack some of the statements I may have said cannot be confirmed. Hopefully we can discuss this because I would not want to have such a fatal misconception. Again, thank you for your feedback and criticism this far.
The players weren't deleted. Some of them have asked questions on the forums. Now I don't know if they got an answer through a pm, but there does need to be a level of reaching out to the player base that stuck around to the end so that there's some sort of closure.

You are completely right. The particular posts on that thread I felt it was not my place to reply, they were largely aimed at Jess and being her server I felt it not right to intervene. Again, I hope we can chat sometime you seem like a really reasonable and nice guy.
