Give us all the information you can. Player's IGN, your IGN, estimate of time and date purchased, a screenshot showing you actually have an american express card with $5 on it (Check Balance - make sure to block out any sensitive info), when you got the card, and any other info you can think of that relates to this specific purchase and the card.
If there is absolutely nothing that can be done, I (and I am sure other generous people) will donate enough to re-purchase this rank through another seller. Hopefully that won't be necessary, and the staff will be able to resolve this issue for you.
