Have a chestshop for towns

So I had an idea, having chestshop for towns. It'll work just like a chestshop for a normal player except you put the town's name on the first line on the sign. I don't know if it is possible but it would be a pretty cool way to donate to the town while getting something in return. The people who can open the chestshop to put things inside could be the mayor and co mayor or just town staff.

I hope this is possible!

how is it uneeded it's just like a chestshop but paying a town and getting something back instead of /t depositing into the town and getting nothing

If you want to donate to a town you can do /pay town-townname amount
And I have a feeling some idiot is gonna put up a sell option and run his town all the way down and cause problems

This is pretty unnecessary we have ways and commands to get the same end result.
