While I do think that you possess certain qualities that would be beneficial if you should join the staff team, I think they are nullified by the immense immaturity that you have shown time and time again. If you could work on this a little bit, I'd for sure be a +1.

Hey vex.
I have honestly never seen you help (not even in the town nor in /g). So I don't know much about how you deal with work and such. But I think you're nice and I believe that you could make an ok helper once you get a grip of how it's done. One thing that I would like to point out, as muunkee said, you seem to get offended very easily and then if people tell you otherwise you get mad and impatient and that's really not something I'd like to see.

Plus, like you mentioned, our timezone is a bit lacking in staff so it would be good to have another member on at that time. I can't really comment on your actions before we started getting to know each other so this is what I feel you're like now :)

Anyways vex, I really do think you'd be bias, you get offended really easily and arent really outgoing to meet new people, which i read your app, you have social anxiety. Totally get it! For a long time I was really really scared to meet new people then i met @2leah2 and became more outgoing ;). I really think you wouldn't work well under the pressure some staff is given, especially the more toxic remarks and such, I just think you'd get really upset. I do see some of my emotional characteristics in you that I had a while ago and I'll tell you its hard to get past those, it took me a long time and I'm still not completely over it. Show the community you're strong and can take the heat. (and also don't minimod please, thats kinda a pet peeve of mine!) Help but let the helpers take the caps stuff etc ;) answer questions and be active in global chat!

I find that you have many self control and attention seeking problems. You seem to get impatient easy, complaining about people being annoying and arguing with them to shut up, and then getting frustrated when people tell you to shut up because thats dumb. You do not hold the same maturity as I'd like to see when I'm online and honestly you seem sassy and cringy all the time.

I also dont have access to the screenshots atm as I'm on holiday, but while I was mod I once logged on to you spamming chat. You said "oh, I thought there were no staff on -_-" and I replied with "So you're ok with breaking the rules if the staff don't catch you?", and what worries me here is that your response was "well, yes". Not exaggerated, that is literally what you said. If this app is still open when I get home Feb 2nd I will post the screenshot.

I have other screenshots (As I saw this app coming from 9000 miles) with a ton more examples of you being the opposite of what a staff member should be, mainly things that muunkee said. AGain, if the app is still open Feb 2nd I will post them.

I am not going to lie yes I was immature then, I am sorry for that and how immature I was then, but that was a misunderstanding, and yes either way it was spam, I was testing to see if I could expand chat with how lag changes to eggplant and I wanted to make sure staff didn't want me to think i wanted to annoy players by spamming, yes it was spam, and yes I regretted it after, I can assure you I am much more well prepared considering how bad I was then, and I am sorry about the ways I was immature at that time, and I have had mentioned that I was going to apply, but I only applied when I felt I had made up to good terms with most people. because a few months ago I must admit my performance on meep was lacking in staff qualities, I am very much aware your vote will stay at a -1 but I just wanted to clear that misunderstanding with you and make it clear that I know what I did was wrong and I really wished I never did it in global as it was a stupid idea.

I'm sorry vex, you have good intentions. But the fact that you seriously believe that you have turned yourself into a mature person in just a month, proves how immature you are.
Even the post you just made proves it. You didn't care that you were annoying other players. You only cared about staff knowing that you were annoying other players.

Well I haven't used my second comment yet ;) so although it was spam, she really isn't that bad and for her to be accused of being "immature" for one time that she spammed I think is unfair, and if this is the only thing she did wrong then I wouldn't be worried about it lol ive seen staff get accepted that have done much worse.

I find you extremely immature, in a fun way, but not a staff way. I see a lot of myself in you and uh that's probably not the best thing. But it does mean that things get better with time.
Your personality will work at a helper level but right now I can't see you going beyond that. Mods need to have a higher level of immaturity for many reasons.
Your confidence issues worry me. I'm one of the most narcissistic, self assured people out there. When I was demoted that confidence was slashed and I didn't think I would ever be good at the job. It was really bad for a while. It took a friend (that I owe the world) asking me to be staff on her server to get some of that confidence back. And it wasn't just being demoted. There, unfortunately can be this air of insane competition on the team and everyone is doing everything they can to survive. For a while I thrived in it but it's exhasting mentally and pretty bad for your brain. I can hope it's better now but it's been this way since the early days of staff. I don't know if you can handle it.
Lastly I haven't seen any quality staff worthy material from you. Granted I'm not that active but like, show us that you go above and beyond in your own rank now. Help people out, make suggestions, etc. I'm always here to help if you want to msg me here or on discord.
