That doesn't make sense, being a mod on a minecraft server doesn't provide any real world skills. If you were given a raise, it was for an entirely different reason. Being a moderator for a minecraft server would be seen as a joke by employers and would almost certainly be laughed at if you weren't employed by people you had personal ties to
