Add MCMMO credit rewards for voting

Simple enough: Just add 1 mcmmo credit whenever you vote in addition to the meebles you would get. Also add variable chances to gain more mcmmo credits (like bonus meebles)

Would encourage voting greatly as people will almost always be wanting mcmmo levels.

First, voting is broken and it will be an infinite struggle to fix it as it keeps breaking. Yes, now it's obviously not a good idea to connect this broken plugin with a somewhat working plugin.
