I like the idea, it's an incentive to log on everyday, but also to work to make money and participate in the server. +1
Then I present to you idea number 2:
The prize system.
Each time you log in you get 1 log-in credit (name is work in progress)
You can exchange credits for prizes.
Examples for prizes:
1 credit = 1 gold
3 credits = Feed note/craft note
5 credits = Dis note of your choice
10 credits = fix note
20 credits = 1 hour double meeble and exp job boost
50 credits = Custom rank title/fly note/Special fire works
365 credits = Rank up (or 1 mil meebles if ult)

I've thought of this idea myself (I'm pretty sure it's implemented on a lot of other servers), but honestly I think this jobs booster idea is a lot better. One thing that the jobs booster idea lacks and your idea provides is an incentive to log in
everyday, which is important. I good addition to this suggestion could be an increasing booster for every consecutive day that you login. For example:
Player logs in on Monday: receives 1.25x booster for an hour.
Player logs in on Tuesday: receives 1.5x booster for an hour.
Player logs in on Wednesday: receives 1.75x booster for an hour.
Player doesn't log in on Thursday.
Player logs in on Friday: receives 1.25x booster for an hour.
This encourages players to log in everyday to receive a better and better reward (all numbers are random, and not part of my suggestion).
It's so complicated I'd rather have meep come out earlier.

I don't think that this will even be accepted before the server comes out, it's not a entirely necessary feature and there are lots of other things that staff are focusing on right now.
