Some of you may know me as ExReDe (formerly) Jiku (formerly) I have played on meep for around a year now. Over the last year and a bit meep has helped me out alot, deciding problems etc. Since I joined I have made numerous friends on meep, I have also matured alot.

Let me tell you some stuff I do out side of meep too. I play Launchpad *A midi controller* I play football and I edit some videos. Not the best quality of course but I am still getting used to adobe premier. For some of you who still remember me you would know my name is Vlad, I am 12 (born 21st april 2005.). I live in England (at the moment) for about 8-9 years now, I am sad that my time zone is really different to americas since some people may not see me on and its sad I cant really meet people from that timezone. Currently my life is not going that great with the amount of work I get from school, but I still will be on meep to talk and play with people :)
Music: I love music, I really do. Some of my favourite artists *I dont like singers* are Alan Walker Marshmello and Martin garrix. All these artists make similar music (electro, progressive house and techno) This is the sort of music I'm into ^-^ Why should you be Helper? I believe that being a helper would be ideal for me. I love helping out people when they need it. As I said in my introduction meep helped me out with so many decisions, I would like to help them too. I matured alot since my last two applications for example now I do not scream in global and I'm not rude to any other people.

Expanding my knowledge on staff
I have been admin on two other servers, and I think that if I join the meep staff it can give me a bigger chance to understand more things about being staff, sure there are numerous attributes to being a staff member and its hard to remember most of them, but I believe I can retain at least 90% of the information. With all of that in mind I can be a great helper and help the community, and after some time I will learn and mature.

Dedication: I really put in almost 100% of effort into meep, from building houses to opening business I think meep is like another school for me, I learnt so much from it and now I know how to be a decent player on meep.

Participation: Since I came back I helped new players and experienced players with thing such as commands and how to do stuff, I personally think I'm doing a good job of maintaining that attribute.

New meep: With the reset of meep I have a fresh start and a new chance, with everyone on the same level I can be even more helpful, but I will adapt to the new meep really fast and I think I'd do a great job as helper in the new era of meep. What are your weaknesses? Getting distracted when more problems come up.
When I work on something and something else pops up *which is serious* I may leave the task I was working on before and go onto that one. Sadly I cannot multitask on two SERIOUS problems I can if the second one is a minor problem.

Shyness: Trust me, I am a shy person and I always will, on ts a few months back I barely talked to people I didn't know, but with meep being a part of my life now I will do a better job at talking to people on discord ;) Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: My hours on meep are not always consistent, for example when having a bad day or feeling sick I may not be on for a day or two. Other than that, that's it.

I honestly don't know where to start. I haven't looked at your past applications and I never plan to. I kind of don't believe that you were admins on two servers as an eleven year old. Like I don't know of any server that has admins of less than fifteen years old in age.

With your application, it was decent overall. I know that you are mature, and I honestly thought that you were thirteen when I met you. I think that you are able to take care of the helper job, but I'm not sure if you will do good at it.

Building is not a skill required in staff, and distraction may cause a major problem in the staff team. Also, I want to know how you are more dedicated than others, and how you can lead the community. There are many meepers who are very dedicated.

I don't know if you are really fit for this position and your application makes me unsure. I'm not leaving a vote, just putting down thoughts.

This is a fairly good application, you actualy read over it and fixed errors and corrected spelling and grammar. Half the applications now don't even put effort in, but you did, showing that you care about this. Now, I'm not leaving a vote due to how I don't really see you in game, but I do remember seeing ExReDE, and never had an issue with you. So for future voters, I am leaning towards the more positive vote with you, but, I don't know you, and don't know how to vote likewise.

Don't make the same mistakes I used to do, drinking is NOT good, and take it from me, someone who used to do it frequently to try and solve my crippling depression i used to have. You are ELEVEN years old, where are your parents? Mine are divorced and trust me to be responsible and my mom frequently had problems. I SCREWED UP SO BADLY whenever i started at a party I went to almost a year ago, and it has caused me so many problems. I spread a horrible rumour about someone on this server and it ruined me, my heart, and all the morals I held most dear to my heart. I have been making an effort to change, because someone MY AGE (15) SHOULD NOT BE DRINKING. I haven't had any for about 2 weeks and let me tell you it is a struggle every freaking day not to do it, God forbid I don't want anyone else doing that to anyone. life is a freaking nightmare sometimes, and you have to own up to your mistakes and do your best to own up to them. What i did to the girl i loved was inexcusable, whether i was intoxicated or not, it was inexcusable and I may as well have ruined her inside.

from what I remember you, you were always a nice uppity kid, but you just returned to meep, and i also think applying during the server downtime is a bad idea. my advise is to take responcibility and STOP DRINKING. Take a change to your life and better yourself, you have no idea your potential until you get mind altering materials out of your life. Don't ruin yourself like i did me.

I never get intoxicated frequently, the only time I came on meep intoxicated was for new years after a party. I will admit I did cause problems which was very immature of me. The thing I'm trying to say is I Never get drunk FREQUENTLY, I myself is agaisnt drinking frequently, but at special events is the time.

Edit: I forgot to add: I didn't drink that much either. I only drank a quarter of a cup.

New Years isn't an excuse for an 11 year old being trashed. The above is only proof you can't admit to your own wrongdoing.

And "I didn't drink much, only a quarter cup"..... Well you're 11, probably sub 100 pounds and have no tolerance to alcohol. And depending on what it was it is very possible you were snowed.

The fact that you're drinking at ELEVEN YEARS OLD tells me a lot. Why do you go to parties and become intoxicated? Do your parents know about this?

I don't really care if you're drunk. I don't care if you get wasted every other day. Klitcher is baked like half the time anyways. There's been several points for me, both on and off the staff team, where I was drunk or high or maybe some of both.
Thing is, regardless of that, you still have to control yourself. Sober you has to limit what drunk you can do. And its your own responsibility to not get so wasted that you make decisions like this.

Besides the drunk thing - you really have no positive qualities. Your app was okay I guess? Eh. I've had to deal with you entirely too many times negatively. You're just a pain in the backside, and I'm not sure why you would want to be staff or why staff would want you.

Age doesn't matter to me. The maturity does. you act like an 11 year old. Which is fine, because you are, but if you want staff, you gotta act like someone who can be mature and responsible for their own mistakes.
