Refund for VIP Premium and Exclusive

I have been playing meep for sometime and through the struggles of the new EULA. I have come to feel scammed of my money considering most of the worthwhile perks were taken away with the EULA, meep has since been blacklisted and also now reset, frankly everything I was promised and expected when buying ranks has been taken away and therefore I would like a refund as I have been effectively lied to about what I was purchasing.

If you do a refund you will recieve a ban and to be unbanned you must pay the server 20$ for transaction fees. Nothing was lied about, the server doe s not control those factors, but to get a refund you must take it up with the company that made the purchase not meepcraft

you will keep your ranks, the only way to get a refund is, by illegally charging back your rank, and sometimes you don't get the money, but you will be perm banned, and the only way to be unbanned is by paying a $20 fee, because the server lost money when you charge backed.

I understand why you'd want to do this, and chargebacks are technically possible, but I also will advise you that it's illegal, charges us a fee, and it's a donation, so you were never lied to. Plus, the downtime is not something that was expected and I can almost guarantee staff will bring back the ranks once the server is back up.
Chill a moment.
I can 100% for sure say staff will not give you the money back from a donation.

Before the EULA, your rank was considered a donation. Due to the fact that we don't control Mojang blacklisting us and we had no control over this reset issue, you will not receive a refund. However, I can assure you that the upcoming perks are fantastic and we plan on listening to the community's requests more and completing them in a timely manner. Continue to enjoy Meep, it's worth it! :)
