Ultimate isn't a rank that can be purchased. You would know that if you read the EULA and the countless announcements saying that Mojang finally cracked down.

The real question is, what happens now to that donation money?

I clicked on the buy sign under Ultimate Rank. I am thinking that the rank was $224.00 because of the manual promotion. It still says I am able to buy Elite. I am not 100% sure, but that is my best assumption.

Yeah, this shouldn't happen twice in a row and like @iGwampa says, you can just change the numbers with Inspect Element. Suspicious...
