I would think an administrator would see the thread title and acknowledge the purpose instead of rambling about a completely separate topic. Take it to PM, however it seems that we're back on subject.
I really don't get it either. Luckily its not a "job" with an "income," otherwise meep would be losing more money than its making. Having too many staff for a small community creates problems after some time. You can't randomly demote "staff," but applications could be closed until the server recovers from its inevitable doom... oh wait.
