Erm it does matter in some extreme cases. Would you want a 5 year old on the staff team? He can't be mature enough. Like what Johny said, he didn't say -1 because of age, he was just surprised at the age, thats all. To be honest, I thought Higblanders was at least 12 or 13, i was surprised too.

Thnx for the support and ya, the age is bothering a lot of people but like Nman and Stone said: Age does not matter, its the maturity that counts and also the activity used on the fourm's and in-game
