Hello, it's Trexy! I was wondering sincerely if I could have a full refund on my "Ultimate Rank" I completely understand your reasons for denying this, like, "You can only request a refund within a certain time limit." I want to remind you that at the time of purchase, Ultimate had /fly and really so many advantages like cat cannon and most of all, golden chat. I really should have put up a request earlier than this, but I am asking for some mercy. I understand Fuzzlr and Meep Staff are undergoing some hard times with EULA and other obstacles. I got Ultimate at around this time last year, I knew it was a big purchase, but for the perks I got, it would be totally worth it. i have come to an understanding that even though my refund request is long over the average refund request will allow, I hope you can understand my pain. Three hundred sixty dollars ($360US) is quite the price tag, surely you'll agree that $360 is a bold amount. Please think through my request, I need the money for school, and I am hoping to buy my family an amazing Christmas gift. I hope this request is not too "beggy", thank you for your time and I hope you have an amazing Christmas!
