June 16th, 2015 Introduction: My name is Daniel, and I work part-time at Sam's club. I run a YouTube channel and I Love music. I play Tuba, clarinet, and whatever else I get my hands on. Why should you be Helper? I love the server and I'm happy to be a part of the community. I love helping people on the server, and occasionally there is no one from the staff team on when I am, so I'd like to fill that gap if I can. I just want to help people with their problems and keep people happy. Happy people = lively server. What are your weaknesses? I'm not the world's best typist, and I can't constantly be on. I definitely need to work with commands a little more, but a little training will help me loads with that. And I am a bit too trusting sometimes. Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I suck at parkour.

This is not enough info nor is it an acceptable weakness, go into detail and look at other apps.
your intro? Very very weak, does not tell me near enough info about yourself, And your why you should be helper should really tell me everything about yourself that makes me think you should be a helper and this does not show me that you want it bad enough.

Also let me say that you literally just told me to shut the F***ing s**t up with my Christmas music whenever i was just cheerfully humming, that really does not show helper materiel to me.

I suggest looking at other applications and watch what staff members do because i dont think you cussing others out for no reason is going to get you anywhere. I'm very disappointed and i really expected more from this application.

I did recommend you to have someone check your app before you posted it. Also, you should have looked at other apps before you posted your own and observe how each person wrote down their whys and their weaknesses, which I did recommend. I know you're a nice guy after the things we've done, yet, you do get into some conflicts but seem to stay somewhat calm. I know you can improve on this application. Just take time to write it and plan it out, and if you need help, there are people you can ask to guide you. For now, my vote stands at a neutral vote.

I was with you for an hour or so playing halo with some others, and I could tell you possessed the traits required by staff, mature, kind, and calm to list a few. But this app is very short. I suggest re-writing a new one in a month or two, Get more active and know, partake more on forums, have fun, and reapply in a few months, and at that time, write it like a sumative essay, or a resume for a job you want. Anyways, -1 for know, but in the future I could see a +1 from me.

Stop playing a cop in global chat, nobody called the police. But seriously, let people talk and don't be so controlling all the time, you don't see the other staff members do that. I get that you don't want the chat to get out of hand, but if it isn't then there is no need for you to control everything.

I don't find you suitable for helper since you can't handle people humming Christmas music.

To add onto it, your application is very weak and tells me barely anything about why you should be helper.

You're 19 years old (atleast you say so). You should know how to act mature and kind to other players that are younger than you.

Hey there bud at this time we are going to deny this application to be quite honest it kinda sucked. We don't expect you to write a book but it needs to be more informative. Also there has been some issues with you on ts that i'd like for you to work on. As a whole take the advice from players above and try again at a later date!
