Perhaps an increasing price per home? Eg. first home costs 20k, then the next is 50k and then 100k, etc.
I would definitely buy one or two more homes with this system.

Hmm, I'm not sure if that would work as well, because I like the idea of having a set price for every home, for every rank.
How bout this
Cits (Cap. 3)
VIPs(Cap.6.)
Premium(Cap.15)
Exclusive(Cap.25)
Elite(Cap.50)
Supreme/Legend(Cap.100000)

I think that's balanced enough.
Also, on the issue of rank desirability, I really think that all ranks need a lot more desirable perks or maybe a decrease in price. If I were to buy Elite right now, in my eyes it would just be a donation to the server as I don't really get much in terms of in game perks out of my $40.
~ @Vamp1re_Man
If we lower the price of ranks, it then makes those who bought it at the old price feel like they had been cheated even more.
Why would we remove one of the few perks remaining that make donating attractive?
~ @n00bslayer_99
The way I see it, it does not remove any perks, but instead increases that. Sethomes were one of the few bonuses any rank could keep, so adding the ability to purchase even more is like giving them an even bigger advantage, so long as they are willing to play enough to earn the money. Therefore, you are enouraging higher ranks to play more by unlocking additional bonuses for their rank.
An additional 5- 10 homes means even less donations to premium and exclusive. And trust me, we NEED what we can get.
I find I dont actually use most of my homes. Go through them and dekete ones you dont use.
~ @Muunkee
Indeed, we do need those, which is why we need to encourage players to play the game more. We can't get any possible donors if citizens all get bored and leave. The longer we can keep players on the server, the higher the probability is of purchasing a rank.
this cit is gonna play more and help eco then b more likely to donate later
