Bug: Colored Signs for any rank.

Date of Bug: Not sure probably dates back since plugin creation
Summary of Bug: If you create a pwarp, or home, or welcome(skyblock) sign and you are any rank lower than supreme you can use '&' on the next 3 lines with a number/letter after it to get colored/formatted text.

Additional information: I'm not sure if this is intentional or that much of a big deal. I just thought I'd bring it up just in case.
