As to the price; I'm currently taking offers. (THESE CAN INCLUDE TOWNS, DIAMONDS ETC)
Note, that I can also purchase bigger ranks but I would have to negotiate a reasonable price.
As for how it will work is, if you don't feel confident paying up front, I will purchase first; that's fine by me, but I will have to know that you're trustworthy.
