Two Seperate Ecos!

Okay, so why are there two ecos now? I think that maybe not many players are on cause of this. I don't like the two eco as I really want to have a town. I used to do parkour so that I could get lots of money to get a town. I just suggest getting one eco back but hey, thats just my opinion.

There are two economies because Alpha and Beta are several years old, and thus have a lot more as far as infrastructure regarding the economy. Gamma is the "soft reset," as there was interest in resetting the entire server. Rather than doing that, we added Gamma to serve as a reset, while keeping the old worlds to save everyone's work.

There is no need to merge the ecos at this time.

You can still do parkour and all the normal things to make money, its just up in gamma now. There's no reason to merge the eco's, as that would ruin most of the work thats been done.

This is why you're much more encouraged to play gamma. The best ways to make money for alpha/beta are to either trade the meebles, or go to /wild in the alpha and beta worlds and just start working at /jobs.

this is the suggestion subform and two staff members have commented on it so i was assuming i was missing something idk

I mean, there are pros and cons two this suggestion, but I'm feeling like its a bad one.

It would be handy to have both ecos merged so that there is equal spending money for all three worlds, but yet again if you do /server on MeepCraft, you'll only be able to find around 7 people combined on towny A & B.

The real fix to this issue would be to have a plugin so that you can easily convert the old meebles (I think its legacy money) into new meebles. That would be much easier than merging ecos.

In other words (or in this case, numbers), -1
