I really don’t understand why in the first place it was toggled, I don’t even see any logs where warnings were clearly issued.

UPDATE: Everyone has been refunded and this case is solved.

I am really sorry about my irresponsible action. In my own town, I was unable to control many players. It is clear that I have turned PVP on without any warnings or consents to the people in the town.

As this happened in the public property of the Town of Gamma, I will be more than willing to refund @buttfly29 and @qazini , which can always be negotiated.

However, I have several arguments that I want to make before sincerely refunding:

First, the name of the place is called ElytraArena, and it is very easy to understand that PVP is enabled by default in an arena. I was asked by @Klitch to turn off PVP temporarily, and I did.
I told @buttfly29 to not set pwarps in the property, which is already considered a pvp arena. Buttfly is at fault for setting a pwarp in a pvp arena, then advertising to teleport, which is illegal. Since he ignored my warning, he should review his activity and apologize for setting the pwarp.
Klitch also advertises to pvp, with his words "FIRST PERSON TO KILL ME GETS 50k!!". Therefore, I only turned PVP on for the sole purpose of hunting Klitch. However, he was abusing his powers of /god and it was pointless.
As it is also illegal according to the Gamma town rules to kill other town members and visitors within the town jurisdiction without warnings or terms, I will ban whoever attacked @buttfly29 to result in death from the Town of Gamma if it's necessary
