This is nice, but I would really like to see more. Helpme get to know you! people are more comfortable being helped around someone they know a little more. I'm not saying reveal personal info, but little things add up :3 tell us about pets, hobbies, school activities, that's always fun.
Why should you be Helper? I know my way around meepcraft, I have stuck here for 4 years, and I want to help everyone that needs help and get comfortable with the server. I want to stay and help the server grow.

I'm glad you enjoy the server! But there's a bit of an issue with you becoming staff - I have never seen you before! Talk in shout, use forums a lot, get on teamspeak. The easiest and quickest ways for people to start learning your name is via forums and TS. Try to help people out in global by answering questions and just general conversation. As I said before, people are more comfortable around someone they know.
This section is by far the most important part of your app. Convince me! Why should you be helper? What are your good qualities? How are you better than the average applicant? Are you up to actual working to the server over your own personal playtime?
What are your weaknesses? Attempting to please everyone.
I work to hard.
My weakness is trying to help everyone and make sure everyone is happy, even if they aren't. I do work way to hard when I have a job, I am fixing that by making myself have more patience's.

None of these are weaknesses! You'd actually have better luck putting these in your 'why' section. These are good qualities, not bad.
When we ask for weaknesses, we are looking for qualities about you that would prevent you from helping us. Things like immaturity, impatience, or being quick to anger are a few examples. It's also good to list how you are trying to work on or prevent said weaknesses from affecting you.
Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I am trustworthy and honest. I was born and rise to be kind and always tell the truth and to help others.

Again! These types of good qualities should go in the 'why.'
Overall the app seemed to lack info, or it was in the wrong place. I heavily heavily suggest spending way more time on your app as well as looking over accepted apps for examples.
The fact that you deleted your past apps shows me lack of real dedication and you changed some info around and that is considered editing your application. That's frowned upon, really.
I suggest you take time, make friends, chat around, and all in all just get a little more known in the community. This will take time! Some people more than others, 1-2 months is the usual minimum.
