For me, Christmas isn't the time for receiving gifts, but rather giving and showing appreciation.
I don't want to sound inspirational or cheesy, but
[spoiler=Religion.]as Acts 20:35 states: "In everything I showed you that by working hard in this manner you must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He Himself said, 'It is more blessed to give than to receive.'"[/spoiler]
Thus, I believe that, for this season, we should all strive to care for each other; because, in my opinion, love and compassion is the greatest gift I can, and will ever receive.
