Bug: Halo, jumping and shooting problem

Summary of Bug: problem which i get when i try to shoot while jumping (with the sniper rifle) in which the bullet/snowball just shoots down to the ground, note that i don't have the issue when i just run

Additional information: I don't know if its just a part of the 1.10 update or if it was intended from the creator (and if so, its a vary bad decision).
