Well then, didn't expect this coming. I work on the same town staff, for crying out loud.
Anyways, onto a true evaluation. So, ever since you mentioned applying back in June, I've watched to see how you improved on things people have asked about. Here's what I've observed:
Marlin, you have a huge heart. There are lots of people who don't like you, but you still love people. Compassionate, kind, and many words like those all describe you. You can talk with people, and never hold back when it comes to that.
On the other hand, you can be very, very immature. Often, you will say things without ever really thinking it through. The same applies to how you react to actions. Despite being very good 1v1 with people, you do tend to argue when global gets heated. Words have a good deal of power, which is why I'd like to see you improve on thinking "How will this affect the person I am speaking to?" If it's negative, then consider why you are even saying that. One major concern I have currently is activity. If I'm honest, I haven't really seen you that much since the update. I understand you've been busy and in the hospital, but that just means you should wait before applying. In addition, this application is fairly weak. If I didn't know you from personal experience, I'd have no idea who this was.
Now, I don't mean to be hateful, or anything of the sort, but as your friend and co-worker, I wanted to be completely honest. As of right now, I don't see you as a staff member.
