Thanks for fixing the iron bar between the 2nd and 3rd checkpoint.

I have a question about another iron bar between the checkpoints 12 and 13:

Found out, that I am not even close to getting that jump, hence the question: Is Chillroom doable in its current state?

That jump is possible. Both I and @Acceleradiance have done it.
