3D plots

So, yeah. What I think is that we should develop/implement a plugin that allows you to select corners and make 3D plots. For example, at a mall I'm building right now, we have an elevator that lifts you up. We want different stores on the 2nd floor. Problem is, we can't because the stores on the 1st floor are already claimed and no matter what altitude you're at it's the same plot. Tell me your ideas and ask questions.

... I get what your saying but, it would be extremely useful, one of those features that would make meep even more special, practically every successful mayor would want this.Also I vote 4D plots!

I guess I get what you are saying, but it doesn't seem like something that everyone will benefit from. It is like something only shop owners can really enjoy.

-Cheaper shop costs

-Newer/More/Poorer players getting shops

-Lower prices

-Newer Players can afford more and make more money, buys a shop.

-All this results in a higher flow of money and a stronger economy.

Some towns might even build apartments which could (possibly) create a real estate market, that would be great for the economy.

Lower taxes can be on apartments because upkeep isn't as high per plot, ideal for new players.

All this would be amazing for an economy.

I get this but if the staff aren't willing to do a bit of work on a project, then they might not deserve to be staff... On the other hand staff have a lot of projects to work on and when they are not bugs, they commonly don't do a lot of the server. Many of them don't have much time. We are deprived of techs and we need more, they are very busy. Still this shouldn't be denied, it should be slowly worked on rather than done all at once.

I don't want to speak for the techs, but from what I've heard, this would take a LOT of work.

Like, how large would "up plots" be? Could you decide for yourself? Would there be an entire new grid? Can it be turned off for certain places?

-Newer/More/Poorer players getting shops - There are enough shops. Why do we need more players making shops. And if they are new, they won't be able to afford a pwarp or know a lot of prices.

Denied, I've personally been told we can't really do something like this.
